Brazil’s Oncoclinicas Files to Rework Almost $1 Billion of Debt

Medical provider Oncoclinicas announced an agreement with part of its creditors for an out-of-court restructuring of 5.1 billion reais ($993 million) of debt, the latest of a string of Brazilian companies to seek an overhaul amid the pressure of double-digit interest rates.
