Joe Hession, CEO and co-founder of SnowCloud, and Doug Pierini, CEO of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, discussed efforts to move customer relations including sales and guest information on one platform. Pierini, whose resort uses SnowCloud, said that it has enhanced guest experiences now that guests expect to be able to buy anywhere they can use their phone. (Source: Bloomberg)
